Blueberry Mint Italian Cream Soda

  • 8 oz - Vintage® Lemon Sparkling Water
  • 2 to 3 oz - Blueberry Mint Syrup
  • 1 oz - Cream
  • 3 to 4 - Ice Cubes
  • 1.5 oz - Blueberry Vodka

Place 4 ice cubes in a glass. Drizzle blueberry mint syrup over top and add blueberry vodka. Top with Vintage® Lemon Sparkling Water and add a splash of cream. Gently stir and enjoy. #DrinkVintage

Blueberry Mint Simple syrup recipe:

Combine 1 cup sugar, 2 cups water, 1 pound blueberries(fresh or frozen), and 1 handful of mint in a medium-sized pot over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Once it comes to a boil, reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and cool. Pour mixture through a mesh strainer (or cheesecloth) to separate liquid from pulp. Discard pulp, put syrup in a container; place in fridge.
